The Houston Field Office Global Entry Enrollment Center is located in the Bellevue office building at 2323 South Shepherd Drive, Houston, Texas 77019, between Indiana St. and Fairview St. There is free parking in the back of the building (off of Huldy St). Upon entering the lobby, please take the elevator to the 13th floor. There will be signage directing you to the enrollment center. Please remain in the waiting area until your name is called. If you arrive more than 20 minutes before your scheduled interview time, please wait in the downstairs lobby before proceeding to the 13th floor. Please note that the office does not open until 3:30pm. Be sure you are at the Bellevue office building (pictured) and not a High School.

Notes from CBP

Please ensure that you bring all valid passports (both U.S passports and any valid non- U.S. Passports) and current driver's license, as your application approval cannot be finalized without them. If the address on your driver’s license differs from your current mailing address, please bring a valid document with your current mailing address (utility bill, lease agreement). Applicants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will need to re-schedule their appointment for a later date.

Shown exactly as published in CBP's scheduler; some notes may be outdated, so call the center if unsure.

FAQ

How do I book a Global Entry interview at Houston Field Office GEEC?

Apply and get conditional approval on ttp.dhs.gov, then pick Houston Field Office GEEC in the official scheduler. When we checked (Oct 28, 2026, 3:28 AM UTC), the soonest open slot was Tue Nov 3, 2026, 4:50 PM.

What should I bring to the Global Entry interview?

CBP asks for a valid passport (or a permanent resident card for lawful permanent residents) and a document that proves your current address, such as a driver's license or a utility bill. Check your conditional approval letter for the full list.

Do I have to interview at an enrollment center?

No. Conditionally approved applicants can use Enrollment on Arrival when they return from an international trip at participating airports, with no appointment.

Is Global Entry worth it over TSA PreCheck?

Global Entry costs $120 for 5 years and includes TSA PreCheck, plus faster U.S. customs when you come home from abroad. If you will fly internationally at all in the next 5 years, it is usually the better value; the trade-off is a CBP interview.
