FAQ
How do I book a Global Entry interview at Rochester International Airport?
Apply and get conditional approval on ttp.dhs.gov, then pick Rochester International Airport in the official scheduler. When we checked (Oct 28, 2026, 3:28 AM UTC), no slot was open.
What should I bring to the Global Entry interview?
CBP asks for a valid passport (or a permanent resident card for lawful permanent residents) and a document that proves your current address, such as a driver's license or a utility bill. Check your conditional approval letter for the full list.
Do I have to interview at an enrollment center?
No. Conditionally approved applicants can use Enrollment on Arrival when they return from an international trip at participating airports, with no appointment.
Is Global Entry worth it over TSA PreCheck?
Global Entry costs $120 for 5 years and includes TSA PreCheck, plus faster U.S. customs when you come home from abroad. If you will fly internationally at all in the next 5 years, it is usually the better value; the trade-off is a CBP interview.
