Directions from CBP

The Global Entry Enrollment Center is located in the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Terminal, at the south end, across from the Rental Car counters. To park, approach the terminal like you would to pick up/drop off a traveler. Just past the south end of the terminal, there is a small lot for rental cars. Take that right turn, but go to the fourth driveway. There are two parking spots designated with "CBP VISITOR PARKING" signs near the Handicapped parking spaces. If these spots are occupied, you will need to park in the airport parking. Please wait in the chairs just outside the door to the RIGHT of the guest window. DO NOT ring the doorbell at the Enrollment Center window unless you have been waiting more than 15 minutes past your appointment time.

FAQ

How do I book a Global Entry interview at Sioux Falls Regional Airport?

Apply and get conditional approval on ttp.dhs.gov, then pick Sioux Falls Regional Airport in the official scheduler. When we checked (Oct 28, 2026, 3:28 AM UTC), the soonest open slot was Wed Oct 28, 2026, 2:00 PM.

What should I bring to the Global Entry interview?

CBP asks for a valid passport (or a permanent resident card for lawful permanent residents) and a document that proves your current address, such as a driver's license or a utility bill. Check your conditional approval letter for the full list.

Do I have to interview at an enrollment center?

No. Conditionally approved applicants can use Enrollment on Arrival when they return from an international trip at participating airports, with no appointment.

Is Global Entry worth it over TSA PreCheck?

Global Entry costs $120 for 5 years and includes TSA PreCheck, plus faster U.S. customs when you come home from abroad. If you will fly internationally at all in the next 5 years, it is usually the better value; the trade-off is a CBP interview.
